1. Working with us

NexGen Tech Hub provides digital strategy, software development, web and mobile services, AI and automation, digital marketing and creative production. These website terms provide general information about our services. Your accepted written proposal or project agreement defines the terms of your engagement.


2. Proposals and project scope

An inquiry, website description or AI chat response is not a binding quotation. Before work begins, the project agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, assumptions, fees, milestones, review process and responsibilities. Services not included in that scope require separate agreement.


3. Fees and payment

Payment amounts, due dates, deposits and milestone arrangements are specified in your proposal or invoice. Third-party subscriptions, hosting, advertising spend and licensed assets are included only where expressly stated. Any applicable taxes and external costs should be identified in the project agreement.


4. Client responsibilities

Please provide accurate requirements, authorized materials, required access and timely feedback. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use content, data and assets supplied to us. Delays in approvals, information or third-party access may affect delivery dates.


5. Changes and revisions

Requested changes are assessed against the agreed scope. Additional features, extra revision rounds or a change of direction may affect fees and timing. Material changes should be confirmed in writing before the additional work proceeds.


6. Digital delivery

Our services and deliverables are supplied digitally. No physical shipping is required. Delivery may take place through agreed online workspaces, file transfer, deployment or account handover. File formats, source files, access, documentation, delivery milestones and acceptance criteria are defined in the proposal.


7. Ownership and third-party materials

Ownership, usage rights and transfer conditions for project deliverables are defined in the written agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, software and third-party assets remain subject to their applicable ownership and license terms. Please confirm any source-file or licensing requirements before work begins.


8. Review, support and ongoing work

Review deliverables against the agreed requirements and report any concerns through the project contact. Maintenance, hosting, support availability, training and future improvements are provided only as agreed. Timelines and outcomes can depend on client decisions, platform policies and third-party services.


9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under your project agreement, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Email info@nexgentechhub.com with your project reference and the details of your request. Mandatory rights and remedies remain unaffected.


10. Website and AI chat

Website examples illustrate capabilities and do not guarantee a particular result. AI chat can help with general questions but may be inaccurate; our team must confirm project scope, pricing and commitments in writing. Please do not share passwords, payment details or sensitive project files through initial inquiry forms or AI chat.
