NexGen Tech Hub provides digital services under a written proposal or project agreement. Inquiries and AI chat are not binding quotations. The agreed proposal defines scope, fees, milestones, revisions, digital delivery, ownership and support.

Changes require written agreement and may affect cost or timing. Clients must provide authorized materials, accurate requirements and timely feedback. Third-party tools and assets remain subject to their licenses.

Services and deliverables are supplied digitally. No physical shipping is required. Delivery method, file formats, timeline, review criteria and handover are agreed in your proposal. Report delivery concerns to our team with your project reference.

Cancellation and refund requests should be emailed to info@nexgentechhub.com. Agreed project terms and applicable law govern cancellation and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
